This volume is a back issue of "RunRun" magazine; a publication by Nakayoshi and Kodansha publishing. More specifically, this download is the August 1991 Summer Vacation Special Edition. The serializations for Naoko Takeuchi's break-out series "Codename: Sailor V" were originally published in this magazine.

In fact, this issue contains the very first published chapter of Codename: Sailor V. "Chapter 3: [Channel 44] Pandora’s Plot!" Although it's the "third" chapter in the series, they were intentionally published in RunRun magazine out of order, to encourage readers to buy completed volumes. The storyline's timeline also follows this out-of-order chapter sequence, and so although this chapter is marked "three", it's actually the first thing that happens in the story line.
